The Green Tree Home Care Client Services Manager is responsible for sharing our vision and mission with potential clients and referral sources. You facilitate attracting, and onboarding new clients. Your role is to ensure our original promises are kept and executed with excellence by maintaining an ongoing relationship with clients. You are the ambassador of our culture and philosophy, creating reasonable expectations, and expertly meeting the needs of our clients. As we experience growth, you will manage and build a team of referral liaisons and account coordinators.

Client Services Manager

  • Responsible for the oversight and expansion of clients, referral sources, account reps, and referral liaisons
  • Accountable for client retention, satisfaction ratings, and projection numbers
  • Act as the liaison between care professionals, administrative team, and clients
  • Oversee, coach, and support account coordinator and referral liaison relationships with clients and referral sources
  • Ensure Care Professionals deliver service that meets expectations set in the assessment meeting
  • Communicate client and Care Professional status with the rest of the admin team
  • Manage account coordinator activities and effectiveness
  • Ensure care notes, and home visits are done according to schedule
  • Coordinate referrals and support services upon client requests
  • Responsible for sharing and promoting values and services of Green Tree Home Care to clients and the community
  • Apply knowledge and genuine Caring to bring on new clients via assessments and follow-up
  • Maintain organized records, and practices exceptional follow-up
  • Create, adjust, and follow customer service protocols for all stages of the company/client relationship
  • Create, adjust, and follow referral partner generation and retention for self and marketing team
  • Craft clear, grammatically correct emails that promote the Green Tree value of attention to detail
  • Support the Admin team with operations as needed including phones, email, hiring, scheduling, and on-call

  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to be on-call 2 weeks each month

Preferred training and experience:

  • 1-2 years of caregiving experience
  • 3+ years with one organization or client (any working experience qualifies)
  • LSW, LVN, RN – or – Bachelors in Geriatrics – equivalent experience in customer service or account acquisition
  • 2+ years in a management capacity
