Honesty starts with a conversation about expectations. We look at the needs, resources, and support structure of every client. Based on those factors we help create conservative care plans. We are not the best fit for every person. With this in mind, we are honest about what resource might better suit our clients. - We provide transparent communication with approved family and care managers. As a result, we use an online family portal that shows real-time schedules, daily voice notes from Care Professionals, invoices, and a calendar. We treat our Care Professionals with sincerity, gratefulness, and honesty.

Caring for others is what we do best! As a result, our care ensures our clients are safe, cared for, and comfortable at home. Care Professionals convey a passion for Caring. For this reason, they take pride in the small actions that add up to make a big difference! Care professionals are matched with clients. We conduct a thorough care assessment. In addition, we collect information about a client’s personality and history. Based on the information we collect, our Care Professionals are matched. We consider length of Care Professional work history, Training, and Personality. Consequently, many of our Care Professionals are Certified Nurse Assistants, or Certified Home Health Aides.

Linda Austria
She manages all aspects from Care Professionals to client care. She helps from the first assessment to ongoing quality assurance. You will get to know Linda well and will appreciate her calm demeanor and exceptional follow-up. Linda has more than 12 years experience in home care. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Health and Healthcare Administration and is a whiz at working with long term care insurance providers to start claims and keep them going.
