    Supportive Care

    Our Supportive Care Program is for those who wish to stay at home with a little extra support. Often, our Supportive Care Clients benefit from gentle reminders, and daily visits. They receive all the support services from the Active Companion Care program. In addition, they receive services to ensure they stay safe, cared for, and comfortable at home.

    Personal Care

    Maintaining personal hygiene can become more difficult due to physical or mental changes. Our Care Professionals help with all aspects of personal care. Personal care is about making a client feel fresh and presentable. Green Tree Home Care Professionals provide personal care that is respectful and thorough:

    Bathing and Showering

    Teeth and Dentures Care

    De-cluttering & Organization

    Hair Care and Shaving

    Makeup Application

    Dressing

    Moisturizing

    Memory Care

    Sometimes memory impairment makes it difficult for clients to stay home alone without help. We understand memory care is about knowing the essence and history of our client. Then, our Care Professionals use that information to help maintain routines, health, and independence. We believe constancy for our memory care clients is important. We work to carefully match our memory care clients with long term caregivers.

    Transfer and Movement Support

    Transfer assistance ranges from a little balance support during standing to complete walking help.

    Elimination

    Our Care Professionals are available to help with elimination support. Sometimes clients lose control and consistency of bodily elimination. Care Professionals help clients with a variety of toileting tasks including:

    Bathroom Reminders

    Getting to the Bathroom

    Emptying and Sanitizing Commode Pan

    Bedpan Support
