Amazing Staff…

Jonna from Green Tree Home Care impressed me so much with her compassion and executing a plan quickly and lovingly to help my 97 year old neighbor who fell and broke his femur. I vowed to help my elderly neighbors’ stay independent at home for as long as possible! Green Tree helped my friends achieve their goal! I am so happy with the caregivers I have met thus far! Extremely Caring…

I contacted Green Tree because I had a client who needed help. He was in really bad shape, and he was unable to get around his home. His home was scary, it was obvious that hadn’t been cleaned in ages. But worst of all, this poor person had a very serious problem with his leg. I wasn’t sure what to do.

I called Greentree and Jonna told me exactly what to do. Because of her, I was able to get him the help he needed. It is very apparent that this agency is extremely caring and they want to do what’s best for the person they are helping.

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a little extra help.

My concerns were addressed thoroughly…

While researching home care for a family friend I came across Green Tree Home Care. I spoke to Linda, the client services manager and she was extremely helpful and professional with all my questions and concerns. She was patient and made sure each one of my concerns were addressed thoroughly before moving onto the next. She did a wonderful job identifying where help is needed and how caregivers can offer interaction and support.

I do feel better knowing their caregivers are all fingerprinted and full background checked. Although I did not choose their services at this time, I feel a bit at ease knowing there are genuine people out there I can turn to when the time arrives.

Coordinated around the clock care…

I called Green Tree when my grandmother broke her hip and was confined to her house. My mom was working two jobs and couldn’t stay up all night with her. I couldn’t have made a better decision! Linda is their Manager and she sent someone out right away. The caregiver who came out was Lupita and she was the most amazing caregiver I have met. My grandmother was quite particular about her things around her house and Lupita would take the greatest care to be careful. She was so calm and patient and my grandmother looked forward to her visits.

When my grandma got diagnosed with cancer, Green Tree coordinated around the clock care and every caregiver they sent was top notch! Lupita came to my grandma’s funeral and she even helped clean up after the service. I can’t say enough good things about Green Tree. They genuinely care about their patients and you couldn’t be in better hands.

The staff at Green Tree Home Care is patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and I highly recommend them! A friend of mine informed me that her husband had been diagnosed with dementia and she reached the point where she needed assistance with his care. I suggested a home care provider and after doing some research stumbled across Green Tree.

We are so grateful that we did, Linda guided us through the process and explained what was covered and ensured that the caregiver assigned was a perfect fit… my friend loves how there is someone available via phone 24/7.
